Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 Prohibited Transaction Provisions Exemption Application Procedure, which is part of a larger information collection request submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
