Icicle Seafoods, Inc. to Face Civil Penalties and Injunctive Relief for Clean Water Act Violations

The US government has lodged a Second Amended Consent Decree with Icicle Seafoods, Inc. for violating Clean Water Act regulations, including improper waste discharge and failure to meet reporting requirements, at its Seward Fisheries Facility in Alaska.
