DEA Proposes Adding 3 Substances to Schedule I of Controlled Substances Act

The Drug Enforcement Administration is proposing to add 2C-T-7, N-Benzylpiperazine, and 1-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)piperazine to Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, citing data gathered and reviewed by the agency, which would impose criminal sanctions and regulatory controls on their manufacture, distribution, and possession if finalized.
