Delay of Effective Date for Tip Regulations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Rule

The U.S. Department of Labor is proposing to delay the effective date of the Tip Regulations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) rule from March 1, 2021 to April 30, 2021, in accordance with a Presidential directive, and is seeking public comments on the proposed delay.
