EPA Lodges Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup at Former Chemical Plant

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent decree with a company to address environmental contamination at a former chemical plant, in compliance with the Clean Air Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act.
