DEA Proposes Changes to Allow Pharmacy Installation at Long Term Care Facilities

The US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing rule changes to allow long term care facilities (LTCFs) to install automated dispensing systems (ADSs) at their locations, where permitted by state law, in order to reduce waste and diversion of controlled substances.
