Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act: Electronic Filing, Settlement, and Civil Money Penalty Procedures Withdrawal

The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) withdrew a direct final rule from the Federal Register on electronic filing and settlements, and civil money penalties, under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA), following a Presidential directive to freeze regulations pending review, issued on January 20, 2021.
