USDA Adopts Final Rule for California Raisin Production Cap

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule reducing the production cap for California raisins, from 2.75 to 2.0 tons per acre, as part of the 2003 diversion program for Natural (sun-dried) Seedless (NS) raisins.
