Changes to Recreation Residence Management and Fees Under Cabin User Fee Fairness Act

The US Forest Service is proposing changes to its management of recreation residence special use permits and land use fees for recreation residences, as required by the Cabin User Fee Fairness Act of 2000. The proposed changes aim to address the need for revisions to the current directives and will be considered in response to public comments.
