USDA Adopts Final Rule for Flue-Cured Tobacco Advisory Committee Regulations

The USDA is adopting a final rule that removes sections specifying the composition of the Flue-Cured Tobacco Advisory Committee, allowing for greater flexibility in responding to changing market conditions, as part of an interim final rule previously adopted.
