Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an Office of the Workers' Compensation Programs-sponsored information collection request, which will affect Black Lung benefits, and is required to submit it to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
