US Secretary of Agriculture Determines Primary Purpose of Certain Payments for Federal Tax Purposes Under Wisconsin Forest Landowner Grant Program

The US Secretary of Agriculture has determined that payments made to Wisconsin forest landowners under the Wisconsin Forest Landowner Grant Program are primarily for environmental conservation, and this decision allows these payments to be excluded from federal income tax for recipients.
