Commodity Credit Corporation to Hold Public Hearing on Beet Sugar Marketing Allocations

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) will hold a public hearing to gather comments on a new entrant's request for beet sugar allocation and its potential effects on existing beet processors and producers, as well as an increase in an existing beet processor's allocation starting in FY 2004.
