U.S. Regulations for Foreign Donations of Agricultural Commodities and McGovern-Dole Program

The U.S. government has established regulations for foreign donations of agricultural commodities and financial assistance to support the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program, which aims to provide food assistance to preschool and school programs, as well as maternal and child nutrition programs in developing countries.
