USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service Exempts Two Georgia Watershed Projects from Environmental Impact Statement

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, a division of the US Department of Agriculture, has announced that it will not prepare an environmental impact statement for the Yellow River Watershed Structures No. 15 and No. 17 projects in Gwinnett County, Georgia, due to exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
