US Labor Department Extends Information Collection Request for High-Wage Components of Labor Value Content Requirements under USMCA

The US Labor Department has extended its information collection request for high-wage components of labor value content requirements under the USMCA, which was previously approved by the Office of Management and Budget, and will now run through January 31, 2024, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
