US Department of Labor Withdraws Electronic Filing Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The US Department of Labor has withdrawn a direct final rule regarding electronic filing and service of papers in administrative hearings, following significant adverse comments, and will instead require advance notice to parties of the manner of a hearing or prehearing conference.
