Federal Subsistence Board Announces Seasonal Adjustments for Copper River and Afognak Bay Salmon Fisheries

The Federal Subsistence Board has taken in-season management action to provide a subsistence harvest opportunity in the Copper River and closed the Federal subsistence salmon fisheries in Afognak Bay, temporarily exempting these areas from the Subsistence Management Regulations for Public Lands in Alaska, which were published in the Federal Register on February 12, 2003.
