USDA Announces Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for Non-Indigenous Leaf-Mining Weevil Release on Guam and Saipan

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has prepared an environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for the proposed release of the Acythopeus cocciniae weevil on Guam and Saipan to control the spread of ivy gourd, and has determined that a full environmental impact statement is not required.
