US Department of Agriculture and Department of the Interior Seek Public Input on Stewardship End Result Contracting Guidelines

The US Department of Agriculture's Forest Service and the Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management are soliciting public comments on interim guidelines for implementing a new contracting authority granted by Congress, as outlined in the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution of 2003.
