National School Lunch, Special Milk, and School Breakfast Programs; National Average Payments/Maximum Reimbursement Rates Adjustments

The U.S. government has announced annual adjustments to the national average payments and maximum reimbursement rates for school meals, as well as the reimbursement rate for milk, effective July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004. These changes reflect updates to the Consumer Price Index and Producer Price Index, respectively.
