Establishment of State All Payer Claims Databases Advisory Committee and Solicitation of Nominations

The Department of Labor is establishing the State All Payer Claims Databases Advisory Committee and seeking nominations for members to be appointed by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the No Surprises Act, which requires standardized reporting for group health plans to State All Payer Claims Databases and provides guidance on data collection.
