FCIC Proposes Permanent Blueberry Crop Insurance Program

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is proposing to add a new provision to its Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions, allowing for permanent insurance coverage for blueberries, effective for the 2005 and succeeding crop years.
