Agricultural Marketing Service Proposes Changes to Cottonseed Chemist Licensing Program and Commodity Laboratory Addresses

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is proposing to remove the cottonseed chemist licensing program and related grading program, updating laboratory addresses, and adopting new information symbols to indicate AMS testing.
