Forest Service to Assess Environmental Impact of Proposed Road Easement for Private Property Access

The US Forest Service will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to evaluate the environmental effects of issuing a road easement allowing motorized access to private property surrounding Matheson Reservoir in the Routt National Forest, Colorado, for non-commercial purposes.
