USDA Amends User Fees for Endorsing Export Certificates for Ruminants

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is introducing a new fee structure to cover the costs of endorsing export health certificates for ruminants, which do not require test or vaccination verification, in order to ensure full recovery of expenses and clarify existing regulations.
