Biden Administration Proposes to Repeal Joint Employer Rule Under Fair Labor Standards Act

The U.S. Department of Labor has issued a notice of proposed rulemaking to rescind the 2020 rule that established joint employer status under the Fair Labor Standards Act, which took effect in March 2020.
