US Department of Labor Delays Effective Date of Wage Protections for Immigrants and Non-Immigrants

The US Department of Labor has delayed the effective date of a rule strengthening wage protections for certain immigrants and non-immigrants in the US, from May 14, 2021, to July 13, 2021, following public comments and a review of the proposal.
