U.S. Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Resurrection Creek Stream and Riparian Restoration Project in Chugach National Forest

The U.S. Forest Service will prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Resurrection Creek Stream and Riparian Restoration Project, a plan to restore 120 acres of National Forest System Land and 18 acres of adjacent private lands, which has been degraded by historic placer mining operations and will help recover fish and wildlife habitats.
