USDA Amends Regulations on Interstate Swine Movement Within Production Systems

The US Department of Agriculture is amending regulations to limit mandatory veterinary inspections for swine moving interstate within a production system. Swine that complete their interstate movement within a single system will no longer require 30-day inspections, but will still be subject to regular health monitoring.
