USDA Amends User Fee Regulations for Pet Food Facility Inspections and Approval

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is changing its user fee structure for inspecting and approving pet food manufacturing facilities to hourly rates, aiming to cover the costs of inspections and reinspections required by foreign regions where pet food is exported.
