Onions Grown in South Texas; Decreased Assessment Rate

The South Texas Onion Committee will decrease the assessment rate for onions grown in South Texas from $0.085 to $0.03 per 50-pound equivalent of onions handled, starting from the 2003-04 fiscal period, to cover reasonable expenses in administering the marketing order.
