Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for Extension of Export Declaration Form DS-4071

The Department of State has submitted a 30-day notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval to extend the use of the Export Declaration of Defense Technical Data or Services form, DS-4071, which is used by business organizations to report defense technical data or services exports, for an estimated 2,500 hours annually.
