U.S. Department of State Proposes Changes to Existing Security Records System

The Department of State is proposing to modify its existing Security Records system, which covers individuals involved in diplomatic security, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-130 guidelines, following a report filed on November 29, 2004.
