Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Announces Youth Leadership Program Grant Competition for Bosnia and Herzegovina

The U.S. government is seeking proposals from eligible non-profit organizations to fund a youth leadership program in the US for Bosnian students and teachers, with the goal of promoting civic education and leadership skills.
