U.S. Department of State Submits Request for Approval of J Visa Waiver Recommendation Application Form

The U.S. Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of a form used by J visa waiver applicants, which is expected to collect information from approximately 10,000 individuals annually, requiring an estimated 10,000 hours of response time.
