U.S. Department of State Convenes Accountability Review Board for 2004 Jeddah Consulate Attack

The U.S. Department of State has convened an Accountability Review Board to investigate the December 6, 2004, terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, resulting in the loss of life and damage to the facility.
