Removal of Regulations on Employee Responsibilities and Conduct

The U.S. Department of State and USAID are eliminating regulations on employee conduct and responsibilities, as most have been superseded by other government regulations, and certain sections are based on repealed provisions. The agencies are using a direct final rulemaking process due to the expectation of no significant adverse comments.
