US Department of State Certifies 13 Nations for Sea Turtle Conservation in Shrimp Fisheries
The US Department of State certified 13 countries for their efforts to reduce sea turtle bycatch in their shrimp fisheries, while also exempting Hong Kong and 24 other countries from the requirement, effective May 1, 2005.
