Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Announces Open Competition for Future Leaders Exchange Civic Education Workshop

The Office of Citizen Exchanges, part of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is seeking proposals from eligible organizations to develop and conduct a one-week civic education workshop in Washington, DC, for high school students from Eurasia as part of the Future Leaders Exchange program, with a focus on democratic values and civil society, scheduled to take place in Spring 2006.
