U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Seeks Grant Proposals for English Access Microscholarship Program

The English Access Microscholarship Program aims to provide non-elite students aged 14-18 from countries with significant Muslim populations with English language instruction, cultural immersion, and socio-economic development opportunities, with the goal of increasing their participation in their countries' development and potentially qualifying them for U.S. exchange programs.
