U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Professional Exchanges Programs in Various Regions

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is launching an open competition for grants to support exchanges between U.S. non-profit organizations and civil society groups in Africa, East Asia, Eurasia, Europe, the Near East, North Africa, South Asia, and the Western Hemisphere, with a focus on promoting mutual understanding, democratic societies, and two-way exchanges.
