Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Summer Institute for English as a Foreign Language Administrators from Francophone and Lusophone Sub-Saharan Africa

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals from accredited U.S. institutions to administer a six-week program for secondary school EFL supervisors and administrators from French and Portuguese-speaking Sub-Saharan African countries.
