U.S. Department of State Requests OMB Approval for Information Collection: Request for Commodity Jurisdiction Determination

The U.S. Department of State is seeking OMB approval to extend its information collection, Request for Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ)/U.S. Munitions List (USML) Determination, which involves business organizations responding to a form (DS-4076) to determine the commodity jurisdiction of certain items. The department estimates that 300 businesses will respond, with each response taking approximately 2 hours to complete.
