U.S. Government Amends Iraqi Sanctions Regulations to Allow Certain Transactions

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated the Iraqi Sanctions Regulations to include four general licenses issued in 2003, allowing non-commercial funds transfers, humanitarian transactions, and exports to Iraq, subject to certain conditions.
