Federal Government to Amend Regulation Governing Automated Clearing House System

The Federal Government is issuing an interim rule to update its regulation governing the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system by federal agencies, following changes made by NACHA, The Electronic Payments Association, over the past year. The public is invited to comment on the proposed changes.
