Department of Labor Seeks Extension for Labor Condition Application Forms

The Department of Labor is requesting public comments on an extension of the authority to collect information from H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 nonimmigrant workers, as well as nonimmigrant workers in general, through forms such as the Labor Condition Application and Nonimmigrant Worker Information Form, in an effort to reduce paperwork burden.
