IRS Issues Temporary Regulations on Nonaccrual-Experience Method of Accounting

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has proposed temporary regulations on the use of the nonaccrual-experience method of accounting by taxpayers who use an accrual method of accounting and provide services, and is holding a public hearing on the proposed rules.
