Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration Proposes Exemption from Privacy Act Provisions

The Department of Treasury has announced a proposed amendment to exempt certain systems of records from the Privacy Act of 1974, in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a, to be implemented recently.
