ETA Proposes Modifications to NFJP Allotment Formula Under WIOA Section 167

The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is proposing changes to the allotment formula for the National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP), which is part of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Section 167.
